Ethio-Fin sport club started summer training.
EthioFin Sport club announced that it resumed training last week after about two months of a break due to the coronavirus outbreak.
The club added that in line with the city of Helsinki outdoor sports facilities policy, all hygiene measures were followed to steam the spread of the virus.
Kabinad Teshager, Ethiofin Sport club board member, reminded training participants to follow health officials guidelines and especially the following rules to protect themselves and others from COVID-19 infection:
1. If you experience even mild symptoms of respiratory infection, stay at home.
2. Avoid shaking hands.
3.If you do not have a handkerchief, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve, not into your hands.
4.stay at least one meter away from others.
5. Risk groups should avoid participating in training
The team assistance coach Ezana also thanked the players who attended last week training, adding ” It is good training attendance for start and I hope more people will attend next time because i know they miss football and the friendship,” he said.
This year’s annual ESCFE tournament, which was planned to be hosted in Amsterdam, is canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak. Though there is no tournament to prepare for, the regular Saturday training will continue the whole summer.
Ethiofin training is organized every saturday 9-12 at käpylän football compand(Mäkelänkatu 72,00520 Helsinki).
